Note: All rates are set and regulated by the State of California
Acknowledgment - $15 per signature
JuraT - $15 (per individual taking oath or affirmation and certificate)
Certified copies of power of attorney - $15 each
Copies of Journal Entry - 30¢ per page
Proper Identification Required
Please be prepared to present a legally valid form of photo identification at the appointment. We cannot notarize a document without correct and proper identification. Here is a list of acceptable forms of identification:
- Driver's License
- State issued I.D.
- U.S. Passport
- Foreign Passport
- Driver's License issued by Mexico or Canada
- Employee ID card issued by an agency or office of the State of California or any city, county or city and county within the state
- U.S. military ID ( Common Access Card not accepted)
Unacceptable identification documents include:
- Social security cards
- Credit cards
- Temporary driver's licenses
- Driver's licenses without photographs
- Mexico Matricula Consular ID's
